Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring

If you already own a ring that fits the intended finger:

Place the ring on a flat surface
Measure the inner diameter (in mm) using a ruler
Match the measurement with the size chart below

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

Using a strip of paper or thread:

Wrap it around the base of your finger
Mark where it overlaps
Measure the length (in mm)
Compare with the circumference in the chart

💡 Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s slightly larger for better accuracy.

How Should a Ring Fit?

A perfectly fitted ring should slide on smoothly, sit snugly at the base of your finger without feeling too tight, and come off with slight resistance over the knuckle. If the ring spins too easily or feels uncomfortable at any point, it may not be the right size.
